Historic Denver's Restoration for Living program has been dicontinued, but please feel free to peruse the winning home restorations and renovations from 2009.
Congratulations to all of our 2009 Restoration for Living winners!
Historic Denver, Inc.’s Restoration for Living Awards recognized preservation-minded homeowners, contractors and architects whose renovation projects respect a home’s history while allowing for the conveniences of modern life. This year we received a wonderfully diverse group of renovation and restoration projects, each demonstrating that thoughtfully planned historic renovation or addition can marry successfully with the modern comforts we have come to expect in our homes. The winning projects illustrate the ideals and principles prized by Historic Denver and all those concerned with maintaining the integrity of Denver’s historic neighborhood homes.
